Route 20 begins the day at Walmart then heads to Kroger as it makes its way towards East Main Street in downtown Radford. Route 20 proceeds along Main Street passing the Hub to service Lot A. After departing Lot A, the 20 turns right onto Jefferson Street to service Fairfax Station and Waldron Hall. After departing Waldron Hall, the 20 continues around campus to The Hub.
