It is the mission of the Clerk's Office of the Radford City Circuit Court to carry out a comprehensive list of statutory provisions that impose over 800 duties, many of which are highly complex and challenging, in an efficient, expedient and friendly manner. This office strives everyday to meet the needs of the citizens of the City of Radford, members of the bar, law enforcement, other government agencies and anyone calling or visiting our office.

The Clerk of Circuit Court and the Deputy Clerks in this office are committed to providing you with excellent customer service. We will be happy to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have about the services of this office or the procedures you must follow for a particular circuit court process.
