About the Program

The Emergency Home Repair & Accessibility Program provides assistance to owner occupied residents for emergency repairs & accessibility in order to remove an existing or imminent health and/or safety hazard and make necessary modifications to allow a physically disabled resident to remain in the dwelling. Assistance is provided to eligible applicants in the form of a grant up to $10,000.00.

The application can be found here. Please Submit applications via email to Melissa.Skelton@radfordva.gov OR the applications can be picked up or dropped off at Radford Administration Building, 10 Robertson St, Radford, VA, Monday - Friday between 8:30a.m. and 5:00p.m.
